The massage was amazing, the practitioner was so knowledgeable and recommended additional services. The bed was very comfortable and the service was a full hour, at other places I find they end early to get you out of the room within the service time

My name is Debbi Kilburn and I am writing this review under my husband's account as my 2 previous reviews posted a couple of weeks ago under my own Google account do not show publicly. I met with Jocey in June 2023 to discuss Tempsure and Clear Lift procedures to reduce facial wrinkles. Despite my advising, both verbally and by text, that I was on a strict and limited budget, it was never advised to me that it would/could take multiple procedures to see notable changes. In fact, it was mentioned I would see immediate results after the initial treatment. If it was told, upfront, that I would need multiple treatments during our initial meeting, I would never have started the treatments. So after $800, including a 2nd and 3rd Clear Lift treatment paid for by me after the 1st treatment in hopes of seeing some results, all I am left with is multiple visits to my doctor for a black eye, scarring of my lip and my integrity questioned by company reps brought in to review/discuss my concerns. There was/is no improvement to my facial wrinkles. As a final over promise, under deliver, I was told a referral to their dermatologist would be made for my lip scar but that has never materialized. This whole thing has just been an awful experience and for me, a complete waste of $800. I suggest being very prudent in getting full particulars before considering these treatments.
