I have seen a few negative comments about this business. I think who ever said it must have got the wrong business. I have purchased items from this company and always found the staff most helpful. my last interaction with the them started as an enquiry to see if they had the part I wanted. Greg spoke to me and explained that the part i wanted was still under guarantee. I was surprised because it was almost three years old. Greg then took all my details and arranged for the company concerned to come to my place and replace the part, all at no cost. I was very happy. the person who came to replace the part was also very helpful and polite. I think this is great customer service all round.
