Q Time

Khorfakkan Fountains are very beautiful. There is free parking available and plenty of green space to do a picnic. It is not allowed to do barbecue. Flag pole mountain top near the fountains offer 360’ breathtaking views of the city. There are 2 food trucks on the mountain top. At present there are no restrooms.

The place is currently dry as the raining season has not started yet. Last 1 km stretch of drive is off road but when you arrive to the destination, its beautiful. Surrounded by mountains, the place offers natural beauty of UAE. The place is extremely quite and peaceful. A good picnic spot. We parked our car and went for stroll and spread the mat and had our lovely meal. Its advisable to leave the place before sunset as it gets extremely dark and hardly any vehicle after that. We will definitely visit the place again. No restrooms or shops are available on the destination. Good spot for amateur trekking. The place is not suitable for very young children due to hard surface.
