I have never written a bad review for any business. However todays incidence at lazeez shawarma near eglington and Mavis was shocking and disappointing:( I ordered two wraps over the phone. One medium for myself and one mild for my child. I went in and picked up and came out only to find out that that both wraps were spicy to the point that I couldn’t even handle the mild one. The wrap was drenched in the hot sauce :( My child started hiccuping. I called the restaurant and explained the situation. The lady over the phone asked us to come back for an exchange. I went in and this other female refused and was extremely rude. She started explaining that I should have ordered something called “less than mild”. She was sarcastic and denied that I even called in front of other customers. I showed her the call and then she said the other girl is new. I have never seen such awful customer service. I always take the same order from the other location so I exactly knew what I was ordering. At the end of the day , she who called herself the manager could have shown kindness and some professionalism. Never going back to this place. Hope they replace the staff as there are such bad reviews

This place has the most delicious food and the service is always consistent and 100%! My kids love the chicken and rice and always ask for it!

Staff is ok but not friendly at all, guess you need to be a regular and speak the same language, not even a smile at the customers. One of staff was very rude! Had ordered chicken on the rocks. Called my number for my order and asked for a sprinkling of the spice I believe it's called sumac since I noticed the server didn't put any on. Was told by this person that I had to tell them at the beginning of the order (like it was such a big hassle)! If that is the case then the person taking the order should have asked if I wanted the spice since he asked how spicy I wanted it! BTW at Osmows staff does smile and the spice sumac it's automatically added and they let you decided how much garlic sauce you want on the order (mine was overloaded as well). I had asked for mild spice and it was overloaded - not a total disaster since I could scrape off he excess of the hot sauce and garlic sauce. Not worth the money spent and most definitely won't go there again!!!

Chicken half and half. SAUCED up Chicken on a bed of half rice and half French fries, topped off with crunchy pita croutons. Absolutely delicious, this is an absolute must try staple when coming here!

This place is a gem! I recently tried their chicken shawarma wrap, and it was an absolute delight. The flavors were spot-on, with succulent, well-seasoned chicken and a heavenly garlic sauce. The freshness and quality were impressive, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If you're a shawarma lover, don't miss out on this fantastic spot! Highly recommended for a satisfying and delicious meal. Can't wait to go back!

Like other reviews mentioned here they cheap out on the quantity of chicken . Especially in dinners and chicken on rice.
For $12 you should get decent amount of protein and if they up charge you then that speaks volume to their customer service

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. From their original location to other ones that opened up.
The quality is a hit and miss. Some days food is goood and delicious . Some days it’s dry, inconsistency.

Side note: I found a minor detail that stood out. Most franchises have “pita&grill” logo. However , this location is “pita grill “, so is it same franchise or different management.
Curious to know if new management is the reason of change in things

So I grew up on good shawarmas and almost have it every week. I've tried shawarmas in all of GTA and Shawerma Plus hands down has the best shawarma and I'm not exaggerating. It can rival any shawarma you'll find in the street of middle east which is saying a lot. The owners are very kind as well.

I've been coming here for a few months now and it's also been most consistent. While the meats at most shawarma joints are usually bland or less flavourful, the difference here is the meats are crispy, juicy and flavourful off the spit.

Recommended - Chicken Shawarma Saj - Jawad Style(Pickles, Fries, mild hot sauce).

Also got their medium chicken platter and it's easily good enough for 4-5 guys.

If you love shawarma don't miss out on this.

Food was amazing, I tried chicken saj meal. Good portion, sufficient for two people.. Service was very good and clean live kitchen. great ambience for peaceful meal. Reasonable prices. Chef Ala did great Job. Very friendly and has best taste in hands. Keep up the same.

The staff was very friendly and offered assistance with what to order. The food was superb. I got a half and half which he rice and fries and chicken. The chicken quality was amazing. The fried and rice were both very fresh. And the amount of sauce used was perfect.

Lazeez Shawarma on Credit View Road consistently exceeds my expectations. As a loyal customer, I can't help but appreciate their fast and efficient service. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, creating an amazing experience. It's a five-star destination for delicious shawarma and exceptional service. Highly recommended!!

Premium quality shawarma. I enjoy the Arabicana style shawarma. The taste and quality will satisfy hunger. The atmosphere is nice, love the art work done around the restaurant. The staff are very friendly. I give them 5/5.
