Not very crowded and lots of small stores where you can buy.
There is a Chinese cafe here. Food not bad and they offering a good deal on a $50 spent a dish of lobster on rice at $36. For four persons dining, it will be awesome.
Newly discovered interesting and neat looking Square stone throw from 49th Ave East.
I don't think this exists anymore but if it did it could take a note from Kingsgate mall and get some damn character.
It has room to grow, merchants to attract. Give it time.
