I have never written a bad review for any business. However todays incidence at lazeez shawarma near eglington and Mavis was shocking and disappointing:( I ordered two wraps over the phone. One medium for myself and one mild for my child. I went in and picked up and came out only to find out that that both wraps were spicy to the point that I couldn’t even handle the mild one. The wrap was drenched in the hot sauce :( My child started hiccuping. I called the restaurant and explained the situation. The lady over the phone asked us to come back for an exchange. I went in and this other female refused and was extremely rude. She started explaining that I should have ordered something called “less than mild”. She was sarcastic and denied that I even called in front of other customers. I showed her the call and then she said the other girl is new. I have never seen such awful customer service. I always take the same order from the other location so I exactly knew what I was ordering. At the end of the day , she who called herself the manager could have shown kindness and some professionalism. Never going back to this place. Hope they replace the staff as there are such bad reviews

Staff is ok but not friendly at all, guess you need to be a regular and speak the same language, not even a smile at the customers. One of staff was very rude! Had ordered chicken on the rocks. Called my number for my order and asked for a sprinkling of the spice I believe it's called sumac since I noticed the server didn't put any on. Was told by this person that I had to tell them at the beginning of the order (like it was such a big hassle)! If that is the case then the person taking the order should have asked if I wanted the spice since he asked how spicy I wanted it! BTW at Osmows staff does smile and the spice sumac it's automatically added and they let you decided how much garlic sauce you want on the order (mine was overloaded as well). I had asked for mild spice and it was overloaded - not a total disaster since I could scrape off he excess of the hot sauce and garlic sauce. Not worth the money spent and most definitely won't go there again!!!

Chicken half and half. SAUCED up Chicken on a bed of half rice and half French fries, topped off with crunchy pita croutons. Absolutely delicious, this is an absolute must try staple when coming here!

The food was awesome, service was first class and they helped me with my first hookah experience. I live in Florida so it was nice to dine on some excellent Middle Eastern food. First class all around:))

Went there yesterday the service and food was amazing. I recommend you get the wings was one of the best I have tried. It was really fast service and outstanding service from a guy named Mahdee he explained everything to us and was patient and respectful thanks a lot for making our experience better.

The staff was very friendly and offered assistance with what to order. The food was superb. I got a half and half which he rice and fries and chicken. The chicken quality was amazing. The fried and rice were both very fresh. And the amount of sauce used was perfect.

Lazeez Shawarma on Credit View Road consistently exceeds my expectations. As a loyal customer, I can't help but appreciate their fast and efficient service. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, creating an amazing experience. It's a five-star destination for delicious shawarma and exceptional service. Highly recommended!!
