As a recent arrival to the property, I found the management and maintenance staff here to be welcoming and supportive. Any questions or concerns which I had were promptly addressed and all maintenance issues were resolved without delay.

I have lived at Somerset Pointe Apartments for 10 months now. The management and staff are very easy to work with. Work orders are handled in a very timely manner. The community is safe. I have a wife and a 16 month old daughter and we have felt safe throughout our stay here. I like that the C train station is close by so it is easy for me to walk and take the train to work. Walmart, Real Canadian Superstore etc. are close by too. The buildings are older, but the rent is affordable although with inflation, rent is going up every year.

I would recommend Somerset Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a safe and affordable place to live at.

Two roommates and I recently moved into this apartment home. The customer service from Annie has been exceptional, and the move-in process was very easy. Our home is lovely and everything is in good condition. The building is also quite clean and soundproof.
