It's a great thought, but I do not recommend. You spend hours upon hours identifying candidates and submit them just to find out this person was already in their database and is not eligible for the position, or there were actually more specific guidelines that were left out, or you just never get any response or feedback and your candidates are left waiting for weeks/months and if you ask for an update they just tell you they submitted the resume so that's all they can do. No follow up or push for feedback on yours or your candidate's behalf, nothing. You're putting in a ton of work and never get paid for it. It isn't worth the trouble or the time. I recommend Reflik. They rock. Payouts take a little longer but they work to make sure you get one, unlike this place.
