Ho Ho Churrasco

Poor selections of meat (roast pork and duck) when ordered as rice combo ($9). While I shouldn't complain given the 'low' price. There are much better alternatives in Markham for $1 more. The roast meat and duck served were mainly fat without meat. Won't return for sure. They serve a good amount of rice, which earned them 2 stars for me. The complementary 'soup' is meh, if it even qualifies as soup. Disappointed.

Usually we service this place often. Something happened and we ended up not being able to service this place anymore due to the entitlement of the staff and being taken aback of the cleanliness of the store. My mom came back to get brunch after her doctor appointment and to her disappointment, she found chicken bones in her char siu rice box. The customer before her ordered soy sauce chicken rice box and therefore that might be why there's chicken bones in the next lunch box. However, that's not the point! What should've happened was that the chef should've cleaned his chopping board before setting down the char siu or anything else. My mom or I could've choked have we not been more aware of what's being put in our boxes. Honestly, coming back again after such a long time, I realized we shouldn't just crave certain places just because it's cheap. U never know if it will harm your body if you don't pay attention. People who are coming here in the future, keep an eye on the chopper chef if you want to save yourself from choking.
